My place is close to City Place restaurants and dining, the beach, and Downtown West Palm Beach nightlife. All travelers will love this space because of the Tropical Gardens, the location, the S. Florida ambiance. Being a guesthouse, outdoor spaces, pool, and amenities are shared with Main House. This is an Upstairs unit. Only pets under 25 pounds accepted. Must be 25yrs of age to book.
The space
The interior space has been given a very modern South Florida feeling, complete with contemporary art throughout the each space, mirrors for a brighter ambience, flat screen 4k TV's in the living room and bedroom, 5 burner Natural Gas Stove and Oven, Ice Maker in freezer, and garbage disposals in the sink. Linen, Bath towel, and Pool Towels Provided. Every aspect of a home is available here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Tropical Gardening outdoors in every space of landscape available to give the best ambience of what South Florida has to offer. The home has been completely remodeled, including all new appliances, cosmetics, Marble Floors, Granite Counters in Kitchen and Baths, new silent AC Systems, and an automatic Mosquito mister, and plenty of outdoor lighting that stays on during night hours.
Secluded in the back of the property is the pool area where the 15 x 27 foot heated pool, which is 6 feet on the deepest end, and kept at 96 degrees year round. You can enjoy this area while cooking on one of the 3 outdoor grills available. Each grill offers a different cooking experience for the best meals possible. There are multiple patio areas, grilling stations, and the full size pool that gives each party plenty off space to privately lounge outdoor separately.
Guest access

Outdoor noise activity must end prior to 10:00pm everyday.
When parking directly in front of the Main House, be sure to pull all the way to the front half, or remain in the back half as there are two spaces in front; parking in the middle will reduce available street parking. The driveway should only be utilized by compact size vehicle, Please no Pick-up Trucks in the Driveway, driveway parking is reserved for the Upstairs Bungalow. There is ample free street parking available throughout the night and day which is found to be a more convenient option.

-Pool is closed from 10pm to 7am.
- CHECK IN - will be after 3:00 P. M. on the arrival date. Unless early occupancy has been agreed to in advance in writing, early check in can’t be accommodated.

JasmeenGreat space! CLEAN! Tucked away from downtown, but well worth it. Great pool and a selection of bikes for use — I actually rode for three plus hours all around West Palm and eventually Palm Beach Islands.
